Destroy Godzillas: 3D Shooter Review & Gameplay Guide

I just spent the last few hours playing Destroy Godzillas: 3D Shooter, and I have to say it's been a wild ride. I mean, who doesn't love the idea of taking down giant monsters with an arsenal of crazy weapons? The game definitely delivers on that front - the action is fast-paced and intense, with a ton of different guns and upgrades to collect. But at the same time, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. The graphics are pretty meh, to be honest. I mean, I've seen better-looking games on my phone, and the textures and models just don't hold up to closer inspection.

One thing that really bugs me is the controls. I'm playing on PC, and the default keyboard and mouse setup just feels clunky. I had to spend a few minutes tweaking the settings to get it to feel even remotely comfortable, and even then it's not perfect. I can imagine it's even worse on console, although I haven't tried it out myself. And don't even get me started on the camera - it's all over the place, and I found myself getting disoriented more often than not. It's not a deal-breaker or anything, but it's definitely annoying.

Despite all the flaws, though, I have to admit that I'm having a blast playing Destroy Godzillas. The levels are all pretty short, which makes it easy to pick up and play in short bursts. And the variety of enemies is actually pretty impressive - I mean, it's not just Godzilla, there are all sorts of other kaiju to take down. The boss battles are definitely the highlight of the game, with some truly epic showdowns against the biggest and baddest monsters. It's just too bad that the rest of the game can't quite live up to those moments.

I also want to talk about the replay value, because it's definitely a mixed bag. On the one hand, there are a ton of different upgrades and collectibles to find, which gives you a good reason to play through the levels multiple times. But on the other hand, the levels themselves are pretty linear, and once you've played through them a few times, you've seen pretty much everything. I mean, I've already gotten all the upgrades I need, and now I'm just playing through the levels for the sake of playing them. It's not like there's a multiplayer mode or anything to keep things fresh.

All in all, I'd say Destroy Godzillas: 3D Shooter is a fun but flawed game. If you're a fan of action games or just love the idea of taking down giant monsters, you'll probably get a kick out of it. Just don't go in expecting a super polished or sophisticated experience, because you'll likely be disappointed. And if you're on the fence, I'd say wait for a sale or something - it's not worth full price, in my opinion. But hey, if you're looking for a mindless way to blow off some steam, Destroy Godzillas might be just what the doctor ordered.

In the end, I'm glad I played Destroy Godzillas, even if it's not the best game I've ever played. It's just one of those games that's fun in short bursts, you know? And who knows, maybe the developers will patch in some new content or something to keep things interesting. Until then, I'll just keep on playing and enjoying the silly, over-the-top action. And if you're a fan of this kind of thing, I'd say give it a shot - just don't expect too much, and you'll probably have a good time.
