Destructive Merger Review & Gameplay Guide

I just spent the last 20 hours playing Destructive Merger and I gotta say, it's been a wild ride. I went into this game not really knowing what to expect, I mean the title sounds kinda weird and the screenshots looked pretty generic, but boy was I surprised. The game starts off pretty slow, you're just some dude running around a city, doing quests for people and fighting off bad guys, but as you progress, the story starts to get really interesting. You find out that the city is being taken over by some corporation and they're using all these advanced robots to do their bidding, it's pretty cool.

The gameplay is where Destructive Merger really shines, the combat system is super satisfying, you can use all these different abilities and weapons to take down your enemies, and the boss fights are insane. I mean, I died like 10 times on this one boss, but it was so much fun, I just wanted to keep trying until I finally beat him. The game also has this really cool mechanic where you can merge with these robots to get new abilities and upgrades, it's pretty crazy. You can basically become this giant robot and just wreak havoc on the city, it's so much fun.

One thing that I didn't like about the game was the graphics, I mean, they're not bad or anything, but they're just not that impressive. The city looks pretty generic and the character models are a bit wonky, but honestly, it didn't really bother me that much. I was too busy having fun playing the game to really care about the graphics. The sound design is also pretty good, the music is catchy and the sound effects are really immersive, it really adds to the overall experience of the game.

I also want to talk about the story a bit more, because it's really what makes the game so interesting. Without giving too much away, the story is basically about this corporation that's trying to take over the city, and you're the only one who can stop them. It's pretty standard fare, but the way it's presented is really cool, there are all these twists and turns that keep you guessing, and the characters are all really well developed. The main character is especially cool, he's just this regular dude who gets caught up in all this craziness, and you can really relate to him.

As I said, I played the game for 20 hours, and I'm still not done with it, there's just so much to do and see. The game has a pretty big open world, and there are all these side quests and secrets to find, it's really cool. I also want to mention that the game has a pretty active community, there are always people playing online, and you can join forces with them to take down the corporation, it's really cool. Overall, I would definitely recommend Destructive Merger to anyone who's a fan of action games, it's just a really fun and engaging experience.

Overall, I'm really glad I gave Destructive Merger a chance, it's a really underrated game that deserves more attention. It's not perfect, but it's just so much fun to play, and the story is really engaging. If you're looking for a new game to play, I would definitely check out Destructive Merger, you won't regret it. Just be prepared to die a lot, because the game can be pretty tough at times, but it's all worth it in the end.
