As it stands, you're basically just a faceless ambulance driver, and you don't really get much context about the emergencies you're responding to or the people you're helping. It's not a huge deal, but it would be nice to have a bit more emotional investment in the game. Maybe something like a career mode where you get to follow a character through their time as an EMT, or even just some basic cutscenes to set up the scenarios you're responding to. It would add a bit more depth to the game, and make it feel more like a cohesive experience.

Overall, I'd say Emergency Ambulance Driving Game is a solid, if not spectacular, title. It's not going to win any awards for graphics or storytelling, but it's a fun, challenging game that's perfect for playing in short bursts.
