I just spent the last few hours playing SPHERIX and I have to say, it's been a wild ride. The game's concept is pretty simple - you control a tiny sphere that bounces around a bunch of increasingly complex levels, trying to collect all the little orbs while avoiding obstacles. Sounds easy, right? But trust me, it's not. The game's physics engine is super realistic, so you really have to think about the trajectory of your sphere and how it's going to interact with the environment. It's actually pretty mind-bending at times.

One thing that really stands out about SPHERIX is its visuals. The game looks amazing - the levels are all beautifully rendered with a ton of detail, and the lighting effects are really something special. I found myself getting lost in the scenery more than once, which wasn't always a good thing since I'd forget what I was doing and end up crashing into a wall or something. But still, it's definitely a game that's worth playing just for the eye candy alone. That being said, there are a few times when the game feels a bit too punishing - I've had a few instances where I've died because of something that felt totally outside of my control, which can be frustrating.

Despite a few minor complaints, I'm really enjoying SPHERIX so far. The game has a great sense of style and a lot of personality, and the gameplay is both challenging and rewarding. I also appreciate that the game doesn't try to hold your hand too much - it's pretty much just you and the levels, with no hints or tutorials to speak of. It's definitely a game that's geared towards players who are looking for a challenge, but if you're up for it, I'd definitely recommend giving SPHERIX a try. Just be prepared to die a lot - like, a LOT.

I've found myself going back and trying to beat my old times, or trying to find all the secret orbs that are hidden throughout the levels.
